Return & Replacement Policy

At GudFinds (gudfinds.shop) we want you to be happy with what you receive. If your parcel arrives with a problem, here is how we put it right.

When We Replace an Item

Tell us within 7 days of receiving your parcel if:

• the item is broken or got damaged on the way;
• the item does not switch on or does not work;
• you got a different item from the one you ordered; or
• the item is clearly different from its photos and description on our website.

Steps to Claim

1. WhatsApp us on 0345 2196669 or email support@gudfinds.shop within 7 days of delivery.
2. Share your order number with a clear photo or short video of the issue.
3. Our team replies within 1–2 working days.
4. Once approved, a replacement is sent to you free of cost.

Refunds

As every order is paid by Cash on Delivery, we first try to send a replacement. You get your money back if:

• the item was damaged or faulty and the same item is out of stock;
• we cannot send a replacement for an approved claim; or
• your parcel is badly delayed and you decide to cancel the order.

Refunds are sent within 5–7 working days to the bank account, JazzCash or Easypaisa number you share with us, and we message you when the payment is made.

What Cannot Be Returned

• Items that have been used or are returned without their box, unless they were faulty or damaged when delivered.
• Used personal-care items, such as trimmers, for hygiene reasons – unless they were faulty or damaged on arrival.
• Damage caused after delivery by a fall, water or misuse.
• Claims made more than 7 days after delivery.

Return Courier Charges

If the mistake is ours (damaged, faulty or wrong item), GudFinds pays the courier charges. For any other return, the customer pays the courier charges.

Cancelling Your Order

You can cancel at no cost until your parcel is dispatched – just WhatsApp us your order number.
